CUBE is a CMOS complete low noise preamplifier that can replace commonly used JFETs for detector chips readout. CUBE is a charge sensitive preamplifier operating in a pulsed reset regime.

CUBE mounting scheme.

CUBE can be accomodated inside the sensor chip case and provides the preamplifier output directly on a pin of the socket.
